Handling of personal information

1.Purpose of use
Personal information is used for the provision of answering to the inquiries and for distributing information (relating to new products, technology, events, etc.) free of charge.

2.Management of information
When retaining and managing personal information, we will take appropriate security measures to prevent such risks as loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage.

3.Provision of personal information to a third party
The Company shall not provide personal information to a third party without prior consent from the customers. However, our distributors might provide the answers directly to you depending on inquiries. We may provide personal information in case where we are requested by a judicial or administrative authority or institution under applicable laws and regulations, etc.

4.Outsourcing the processing of personal information
We may provide Personal Information to JAE affiliated companies (for details, please see our global network) and/or JAE authorized sales representative in your region in order to, among others, reply to customer’s inquiry effectively and promptly and shall never provide Personal Information to any other third parties without the customer's prior consent.

We would like to ask you to provide your personal information from your own will. Please be informed that we may not be able to reply to you if the necessary personal information is not provided.

6.Disclosure and correction of personal information
